George is a third-year Law Student completing a Law degree (Honours) at the University of Auckland. He has extensive experience working in Teaching and Tutoring at Auckland University and for other private companies. He’s worked as a Style Editor for the Public Interest Law Journal of New Zealand and first gained work experience in legal research in 2023. He has also been involved as a mooting judge for a High School Law mooting competition.
George is particularly interested in Public, Constitutional and Criminal Law, as well as how human rights within the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 have shaped these areas of law. Outside of the Law, his favourite hobbies are badminton, fencing, mooting and reading about NZ, US and UK politics.
